Any information provided here will be kept confidential, leaders are only informed on a need-to-know basis.

We have multiple certified First Aiders on our Youth Leadership Team and have procedures in place for first aid situations, including emergencies. In certain emergency situations, we may need to call an ambulance before we are able to reach you by mobile.

We take photos during SubiYouth events so that the youths can relive the happy memories later on, and also for ministry purposes (like showing the church what SubiYouth is up to). Photos may also be displayed on SubiYouth's private Facebook group and private Instagram account. Please indicate your consent or lack-there-of below. 

We do our best to minimise and manage risks. We take duty of care very seriously and want always to provide a safe environment. Sometimes, however, accidents happen and while we will do our best to ensure they don’t, we appreciate your agreement to the following indemnity statement.
